I remember some months back, (sometime around Febuary 2012) got chatting with My 1st friend walking into the university campus (Olabisi Onabisi Onabanjo University) named Adegbemisola Adekola now Adegbemisola Adewunmi, telling me about her wedding preparation and how she is going to prepare because she is not the town....so right there thanks to technology, we worked out something on her colour and wedding theme for the asoebi and all and the preparation began .To cut the Long story short, hear the couples version.Congrats to the Couple once again
OUR STORY..
We
had actually always known each other or well since 2009 when she was in
law school in Abuja....but we started dating in May 2010 when she was
serving. We've been getting to know each other ever since, we've had our
numerous differences, we've laughed together, we've shared our
difficultes, we've encouraged each other and now we've decided on
forever.
The Proposal
In
July 2011, he set me up with my friends (I still feel really foolish
for not suspecting a thing)...we had all gone to a chinese restaurant
with the understanding that we were going to break our "fast". thinking
of it now, everyone had actually broken their fast before we left
"Yemisi George's house" (the great accomplice). we started a discussion
on the 'ideal man or woman' and everyone had a go. it got to boo's turn
and he started going on and on. I tried to stop him but every one shut
me up....again i should have suspected.......next thing i knew, he was
on his knees with a ring....No i did not cry.......i was
confused........so confused i forgot to say Yes.......i said it later
(LOL).
So
here we are on the path to forever....with Jesus ahead of us and you
guys with us....... again, my heart goes out to all the
accomplices...they know themselves....wink....I love you all.
